    What’s new in v.2.3.3

    • Resolved an issue where push notifications were duplicated or not functioning in certain circumstances. We apologize! The system is now robust and working properly. You can now re-enable push notifications if you had disabled them due to the multiple repeated alerts.
    • Fixed the Account section in all three tabs: Uploaded, Favorites, and Followed

    What’s new in v.2.3

    NEW “BUTTON COLORS”

    Available for PRO users or for users who use the app for free (after unlocking the second Chest in the Rewards section). This is a deep customization of the app that changes the purple color of the buttons on the Wallpaper Download screen to a “Tint” color that matches the wallpaper being viewed. The effect is truly beautiful! Remember that to open chests you need to use keys: users earn coins for free, which can then be converted into gems, and gems can be converted into keys.

    REWARDS PAGE REDESIGN

    The Rewards page was too long and cluttered with sections and information.
    It has now been divided into 3 separate sections, making everything simpler and clearer.

    COLLECTIONS ON THE HOME PAGE
    WITH A BRAND NEW LOOK

    • Added a section on the Home Page featuring the latest Collection published in the app. A tap on this image will take you to the main Collections page.
    • Collections no longer have custom-made images but now display up to 3 wallpapers contained within them, enhanced by beautiful effects and animations!
      The UI of the Collections detail and description screen has also been updated. Give us your feedback on all the animations!

    OTHER

    • Fixed an issue that could cause the app to crash as soon as the SEARCH tab was tapped
    • New internal notification system replacing old alerts to communicate with users when downloading a new wallpaper, earning free coins, making purchases, etc.
    • Implemented TipKit, Apple’s framework that shows helpful messages explaining some app functions (only once)
    • Fixed an issue that, in certain complex scenarios, prevented downloading more than one wallpaper in a single session

    What’s new in v. 2.2.1

    NEW UI: MAXIMUM FLUIDITY!
    SMART LIQUID GLASS or COLOR TINT

    The app has finally achieved the level of scrolling fluidity it should have always had: we’ve introduced Smart Liquid Glass, an effect defined in the iOS 26 guidelines that allows us to use Liquid Glass in many UI elements that make up a single screen when it’s “still,” but temporarily switches to a matte effect during scrolling—then returns to full Liquid Glass when you stop. This is the best solution that finally lets us deliver excellent performance while scrolling through the Home.

    A new switch has been added in Settings that lets you choose between Smart Liquid Glass and Color Tint.

    Just like iOS 26 does with system icons, you can now choose between the Glass Effect and fully colored wallpaper cards: they’re reminiscent of the first version of our app and, in both cases, maximum fluidity is guaranteed!

    LAUNCH ANIMATION

    The previous static launch image has been replaced with a dynamic screen featuring a smooth animation.

    SERVER SYNC

    Syncing from the old server (iCloud) to the new, faster and more powerful server has been further improved. This migration is designed to prevent issues with Coins that could disappear from user accounts when iCloud was disabled, full, or simply slower due to asynchronous behavior. Now coins can no longer disappear, and your Username, Profile Picture, missions, daily rewards, opened chests, and more are also synced.

    OTHER

    • NEW: The wallpaper download screen now includes a new “Related Wallpapers” section showing similar wallpapers or those from the same Collection. It’s perfect for quickly browsing available color variants.

    • Reorganized user interface in Settings, with added sync status icons

    • Removed the “For You” section logic to keep Creators always visible on the Home Page

    • Improved the graphic design of the Download Wallpapers section

    • Fixed a sync issue with consecutive logins in the Rewards section

    What’s new in v. 2.1.2

    • Fixed issues with Coins that could disappear in certain situations and then reappear later. This was caused by iCloud’s asynchronous behavior, which doesn’t always connect quickly and sometimes failed to recognize the user in time.
    • When launching the app, your data will now be migrated to a better and faster server! This will solve all synchronization problems: Coins will no longer disappear, and Missions, Daily Login Rewards, and more will be properly synced. This update required a lot of work because we basically had to rewrite the entire application, but it should now be more stable than ever. We recommend users stay logged in (and personalize their profile name and picture).
    • Improved the layout of the “Consecutive Logins” section in Rewards: not only does it look better visually, but it also fixes an issue that caused the page to display incorrectly on some iPhone models, where it would extend beyond the screen margins.
    • Added a “Languages” section in Settings to change the app language.
    • Improved the behavior of the Dark Mode toggle.
    • Fixed an issue with China, where Firebase is blocked: the app now works smoothly there too.
    • Added a new animation for the chest opening with a key in the Rewards section.
    • Created an internal notification system linked to converting Coins into Gems and Gems into Keys.
    • Added a new sound and replaced the existing ones (played when earning or converting Coins).
    • Added the display of your UID in the Settings screen — only visible to logged-in users. This code is essential if you need support.
    • Restored proper deep link functionality: links from the web can now directly open the Wallpapers Central app on a specific wallpaper, making downloads faster.

    We’re working on two major new features and can’t wait for you to try them!

    What’s new in v. 2.1.1

    • Fixed a bug where coins were deducted before the download was fully completed. If the download failed for any reason, the coins were already removed. Now the download happens first, and if the operation is successful, then the coins are deducted.
    • Added a new alert to handle cases where users haven’t granted permission to save images to the photo library (which is required to download wallpapers). A new “Open Settings” button has been implemented to quickly enable Photo permissions.
    • Fixed a pagination issue in the “Depth” section.

    What’s new in v.2.1

    • Fixed ads appearing for PRO users when downloading desktop wallpapers.
